With everything you have going on, it’s easy to let your health and wellness fall to the wayside, but it doesn’t have to be that way!

I’m so excited to announce that starting on Monday, March 21st, I’ll be launching Mapping Out Your Life of Great Health, an experience that I’ve created to help people discover how simple it can be to incorporate simple strategies to create lasting results!

As it turns out, healthy habits make a huge difference in everything from overall life expectancy to daily energy levels and the ability to carry out goals you have made for yourself.

During this experience, you’ll learn that living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to mean hours of training at the gym or eating nothing but salad - it’s about getting creative with the way you live your life so that it’s both enjoyable AND nourishing for the mind and body!

Meet Lisa Burton, The Facilitator of Mapping Out Your Life of Great Health

Lisa Burton is a Toronto based Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Certified Personal Trainer who is committed to helping women fall in love with their bodies and empower them to find balance through food , movement and mindset so they can make lasting improvements to their lifestyles and wellness, and enjoy life to its fullest potential. She is dedicated to inspiring and empowering those around her and demonstrates this through a variety of solutions including in person/virtual personal training, corporate wellness, group training, one on one health coaching, and grocery tours.

Lisa is also a Trainer at F45 Goldenmile. Her certifications include CANFITPRO personal training specialist, Troubleshooting and movement, and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach certification.


Through all of her clients, Lisa works to nurture self love and personal growth. While physical fitness is also very important, Lisa is truly invested in the spiritual and mental growth of all of her clients.
